【摘要】 "一带一路"倡议2013年被提出,作者以新闻常规的视角探讨BBC对于"一带一路"倡议的再现与建构,以此管窥BBC建构中国议题的语法。研究发现,五年(2013—2018)来,在整体上升的报道趋势中2017年出现了一次报道高峰;从BBC给予报道文本的标签分类来看,被归入"Business""China""Asia"的报道量位居前三,一定程度上折射出BBC将"一带一路"倡议更多与中国、亚洲勾连起来,而较少将其同英国、欧洲、世界联系起来;在信源结构中,精英信源占据主导地位,其中"他国政府"类信源所占比重较大,"中国政府"类信源被弱化,这有意或无意削弱了中国政府在该倡议中的话语权和解释权;就报道基调而言,虽然仍有一些负面报道(7.7%)的踪迹,但整体以中立报道为主(75%),并以2016年为分水岭,报道倾向发生了迁移。在报道文本中,国家政治框架使用最为频繁,由此,"中国野心勃勃""挑战美国主导权"等话语时常被提及。这反映出BBC对"一带一路"议题的复杂心态。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2013,the "Belt and Road Initiative" was proposed.This study explores the reproduction and construction of BBC’s "Belt and Road Initiative" from the perspective of news conventions,so as to explore the grammar of BBC’s construction of Chinese issues.The study finds that in the past five years(2013—2018),there was a reporting peak in 2017 among the overall upward reporting trend.According to the label classification of the report text given by the BBC,the number of reports classified as "Business", "China" and "Asia" rank the top three,which partly reflects that the BBC connects the "Belt and Road Initiative" more with China and Asia and less with Britain,Europe and the world.In terms of the information source structure,elite information sources occupy a dominant position,among which "other governments" accounts for a large proportion,while "Chinese government" information sources are weakened,which intentionally or unintentionally weakens the right of speech and interpretation of the initiative of the Chinese government.In terms of the tone of the report,although there are still some traces of negative reports(7.7%),the overall reports are mainly neutral(75%).In the report text,the national political framework is most frequently used.Therefore,the phrases such as "China is ambitious" and "challenging the dominance of the United States" are often mentioned.This reflects the complex mentality of BBC on the issue of "Belt and Road Initiative".更多还原
