面向管养的军山大桥健康监测系统研究

【摘要】 基于面向管养的理念,针对军山长江大桥的结构特点、历史病害调研及危险性分析的结果,从监测项目的需求、快速实时分析、传统管养信息的引入、软件的方便易用及系统的可维护性方面,研究了军山大桥健康监测系统的设计方法及系统构成,建立了一套面向管养的实用型桥梁健康监测系统。针对如何对监测系统采集的海量数据进行分析评估而为管养部门所用的难题,利用监测系统采集的各种数据,如车辆荷载、支座位移、疲劳评估、环境湿度、路面温度,分析讨论了监测系统对桥梁管理养护的具体指导作用。研究方法及结果为类似桥梁健康监测系统的设计及应用于桥梁管养提供了有益的参考与借鉴。

【Abstract】 Based on the idea of Maintenance and Management-Oriented,according to the characterizes of Junshan bridge,historical disease and the result of dangerous analysis,the design method and system component of bridge health monitoring system is studied from requirement of monitoring item,quickly timely analysis,the introduction of traditional maintenance and management data,easily use of software and maintainability of system. And then the practical health monitoring system oriented maintenance and management is established. The all kinds of measured data such as vehicle load,bearing displacement,fatigue evaluation,environment humidity and roadway temperature are analyzed and discussed the guiding function of monitoring system in bridge maintenance and management. The proposed method can provide beneficial reference for the health monitoring system design and apply to maintenance and management of similar bridge.
