基于隔震技术的采动区半主动双重保护装置减震分析

【摘要】 近年来采动区建筑物的安全问题益发突出,已经成为制约我国广大矿区建设发展的瓶颈问题。本文在分析地震作用下采动区建筑物的抗震能力和灾变破坏的基础上,利用碟形弹簧较好的竖向隔震性能、SMA的超弹性性能、橡胶支座和粘滞阻尼器的抗震特性设计了一种新型的采动区半主动双重保护装置,系统分析了在强震下该装置的力学参数、性能、构造和工作原理,并对某矿区的办公楼进行数值模拟,对比分析了强震作用下采用双重保护措施后该建筑物的地震响应,确保该装置的合理性和安全性;基于建筑隔震技术的抗震抗变形双重保护方法和措施,有效改善了采动区建筑的抗震抗变形性能,为我国矿区建筑的安全建设和运营提供了科学方法和依据。

【Abstract】 In recent years the safety problems of buildings increasingly arise in mining area,which restrict the development of the mine construction.Based on the Seismic capacity and catastrophic damage of buildings under earthquake,with consideration of the vertical good isolation performance of disc springs,super-elastic properties of SMA,the seismic characteristics of rubber bearing and viscous dampers,the semi-active bearing of double protection in mining area can be designed.the mechanical parameters,performance,and constitution and working principle of the bearing under earthquake were analyzed.A numerical simulation of a building in the mining area was made.By a comparative analysis of the building under the earthquake with the double protection,the seismic response of buildings has been analyzed and evaluated in order to ensure that the device is reasonable and safe.The methods and measures of semi-active bearing of double protection in mining area based on isolation technology can improve the deformation properties and anti-seismic of buildings effectively in the mining area,therefore this study provides a scientific method and basis for the safety of construction and operation of buildings in Mining Area.
