鱼线加固馆藏浮放文物振动台试验

【摘要】 为探索馆藏浮放文物的有效加固方法,采用振动台试验,研究了鱼线(尼龙线)加固馆藏文物后的抗震性能。根据某博物馆展柜原型,制作了足尺比例的振动台模型。在模型内放置陶瓷文物,并采用鱼线加固,进行了振动台试验。通过白噪声激励,获得了展柜模型的基频;通过对模型分别输入EL-centro波、Taft波及Ⅱ类场地人工波,并考虑加速度峰值分别为0.1g、0.2g、0.4g、0.7g,研究了地震作用下陈列柜及文物的震害形式,分析了鱼线加固文物后的抗震效果。结果表明:展柜基频约为30 Hz,与所选地震波的基频相差很大,因而地震响应不明显;未加固文物在地震作用下,很容易产生倾覆;而鱼线加固文物后,可有效减小其位移和加速度峰值,且地震强度较大时,仍有良好的减震性能。因此鱼线加固浮放文物具有较好的效果。

【Abstract】 To find an effective strengthening method for free-standing museum cultural rel ics,seismic performance of a cultural relic strengthened by nylon lines(fishin g lines) were studied by shaking table tests.Based on actual sizes of a museum showcase,a 1∶1 scale model was built.A ceramic cultural relic was put in the sh owcase by free-standing mode.Nylon lines were considered to strengthen the rel ic and shaking table tests were carried out.Excitation frequency distributions of the showcase were obtained by white noise;by inputting 3 different types of earthquake waves(El-centro wave,Taft wave and Artificial wave of II type site classification) with different intensities(0.1g,0.2g,0.3g and 0.7g of peak ground acceleration values),seismic response of both showcase and relic we re studied,seismic results of nylon lines were discussed.Results show that prom inent frequency ingredients of the showcase are 30 Hz which are far greater than those of the input earthquake waves,thus seismic response of the showcase is n ot obviously;for the relic,it is prone to overturning without strengthened;afte r it is strengthened by nylon lines,its peak displacement and acceleration respo nse values decrease,which still embody obviously under strong earthquakes.Thus the relic can be effectively strengthened by nylon lines.
