【摘要】 近年来地震灾害造成了大量的人员伤亡和经济损失,相当一部分村镇住宅由于没有考虑抗震设计,其遭受的破坏更为严重。随着村镇住宅建造的快速发展,村镇新建房屋的空间越来越大,高度也越来越高。本文针对山东地区某典型新建村镇住宅进行了调查分析,并采用有限元软件对该典型住宅进行抗震性能分析,根据分析结果,提出了相应的改进意见,为今后该地区的村镇住宅建造提供了相应的指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the earthquake disasters caused a large number of casualties an d economic loss.Some of rural house without aseismic designs were subjected mor e serious destruction.With the rapid development of rural house,the space of t he new house is more and more big,the height of the new house is more and more t all.The paper investigated a typical rural house in Shandong district,and anal yzed seismic performance of the typical residential with the finite element soft ware.According to the results of analysis,we put the corresponding suggestions which provide useful guiding significance for the improvement of the rural hous e buildings in this area.更多还原
