采用剪力墙体外加固中小学校框架结构抗震性能研究

【摘要】 体外加固具有布置灵活方便、使用功能不中断和整体性容易保证等优点,是中小学框架结构教学楼理想的加固方式。本文把体外加固方法应用于中小学校框架结构校舍的加固,并针对一个不满足抗震要求的四层中小学框架结构采用外加剪力墙的体外加固方法。通过对不同加固方案的加固结构进行弹性和弹塑性地震反应分析,研究地震作用下不同加固方案对结构的抗震性能影响,主要参数为外加剪力墙墙段宽度。数值分析结果表明,外加剪力墙可使原结构各榀框架所受的地震剪力有较大幅度的降低,剪力墙越宽降幅越大,各楼层的位移角也趋于均匀化,增设剪力墙之后结构塑性铰状态相对减缓。通过计算结果的对比分析,提出了外加剪力墙体外加固方法的一些设计建议。

【Abstract】 External strengthening has the Advantage of arbitrary adjustment,function witho ut interruption and strong integrity,it is a excellent reinforcement scheme whic h is adopted in frame structure to enhance its seismic performance in middle and primary school.External strengthening with shear wall is applied to a 4-layer frame structure of a school building which could not meet the seismic requireme nts in this paper.Flexibility and elasto-plastic seismic response of the struc ture were analyzed by different reinforcement methods,and seismic behavior of th e structure under different reinforcement was studied,the main parameter is the width of shear wall.The analytical results show that the seismic force of every pin frame retrofitted reduced obviously,the decline is greater as the shear wal l is wider,and angular displacement of the floor tends to uniformity.The devel opments of plastic hinge of retrofitted frame are postponed comparing these of o riginal frame.Based on the analysis results,some design suggestions of external strengthening with shear wall for frame structure is proposed.
