灌芯混凝土石膏墙板的简化计算模型

【摘要】 为更好地解决灌芯混凝土石膏墙板结构体系的受力计算,本文将灌芯混凝土石膏板简化为正交各向异性板,通过复合材料力学建立了代表性体积单元(RVE)模型并将钢筋的影响考虑其内,提出了一种更适用于有限元分析的简化计算模型,并在计算中引入了广义Hill屈服准则。通过对六孔满灌混凝土石膏墙板模型试验结果及实体有限元计算结果进行对比分析,验证了RVE简化计算模型的可行性与优越性。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of the calculation of the plasterboards filled with concrete structure system better,in this paper the plasterboard filled with concrete was simplified as orthogonal anisotropic plate.The representative volume element(RVE) model was established by composite material mechanics and the influence of the bars was considered,then a simplified computational model was put forward for finite element method(FEM) and the generalized Hill yield rule was adopted in the computational process.Through the comparison analysis between the RVE computational results and the test results of six holes concrete plasterboard,the model’s feasibility and superiority are testified.
