拱形波纹钢屋盖增强方法

【摘要】 拱形波纹钢屋盖是一种典型的冷弯薄壁空间钢结构,应用范围广泛,具有诸多优点。但其承载力不高,刚度较低,适用的跨度范围有限。提出了一种结构增强方法,介绍了增强措施及特点,采用ABAQUS软件包建立了增强结构的有限元模型,针对不同跨度、矢高及荷载工况,分析了增强前后结构的极限承载力和变形,并进行了比较。结果表明:增强方法显著提高了拱形波纹钢屋盖的极限承载力和刚度,具有一定的适用价值。

【Abstract】 Arched Corrugated Steel Roof(ACSR) is a typical cold-formed thin-wall space steel structure,which has many advantages and widespread applying ranges.But its bearing capacity is not high and the rigidity is small,resulting in the limited span scopes.An ACSR strengthening method is suggested.The strengthening steps as well as corresponding characteristics are introduced.Finite element models with different spans,rises and load cases of the strengthened structures were built by means of the ABAQUS software.The ultimate bearing capacities and deformation of the strengthened ACSR were analyzed and compared with the ordinary ACSR.The analysis results indicate that the ultimate bearing capacities and rigidities of the strengthened ACSR are enhanced remarkably.The strengthening method for ACSR has some certain application value.
