长江上游四省市绿色发展水平及影响因素分析

【摘要】 为了对长江上游四省市绿色发展水平进行科学评价,运用由40个基础性指标组成的绿色发展水平评价指标体系,基于长江上游四省市2004-2016年的相关统计数据,利用熵值法,对其绿色发展指数进行定量评价与排序,运用障碍度模型方法,对影响长江上游四省市地区绿色发展水平的关键影响因素进行排序甄别。结果表明:长江上游四省市绿色发展水平随着时间推移而呈现出稳步提高的总体趋势以及重庆市绿色发展水平远远高于其他三个省市。四个省市的绿色发展障碍因子存在着较大的差异,科教文卫支出占比、人均造林面积是影响四个省市绿色发展的共同阻碍因素。

【Abstract】 In order to scientifically evaluate the green development level of the four provinces and cities in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, this paper uses the evaluation index system of green development level composed of 40 basic indicators based on the relevant statistical data of the four provinces and cities in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River from 2004 to 2016,adopting entropy evalustion method. The value method, quantitative evaluation and ranking of its green development index, combined with the obstacle model method, sorting and screening the key influencing factors affecting the green development level of the four provinces and cities in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. The research results show that the green development level of the four provinces and cities in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River has shown a steady upward trend with the passage of time and the green development level of Chongqing is much higher than that of the other three provinces and cities. The green development barrier factors of the four provinces and cities have great differences, but the proportion of science, education, culture and health expenditure and per capita afforestation area are the common obstacles affecting the green development of the four provinces and cities. Based on the above analysis, relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
