双金属复合管管端封堵保护装置的开发及应用

【摘要】 双金属复合管很好地将耐蚀合金(通常为不锈钢)与碳钢管的性能进行了有机的结合,已经成为了高含H2S、CO2、Cl-等强腐蚀油气田管材应用的一种趋势。为了保证在连续的防腐施工过程中不锈钢内衬不受磨料的冲击和防腐材料的污染,并防止管端的不锈钢坡口受到磕碰、挤压等破坏,开发了一种封堵保护装置,并在生产项目中得到了良好的应用。

【Abstract】 Bimetallic composite pipes combine the properties of corrosion-resistant alloys(usually stainless steel)and carbon steel pipes very well,which has become a trend in the application of pipelines with high H2S,CO2 and Clcontent in highly corrosive oil and gas fields.In order to ensure that the stainless steel lining is not affected by abrasive and contaminated by anticorrosive materials during continuous anticorrosive construction,and to prevent the stainless steel groove at the end of the pipe from being damaged by knocking and extrusion,a kind of blocking protection device is developed,which has been well applied in production projects.
