石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫废水的处理及利用

【摘要】 煤炭是我国的主要能源资源,在未来的很长一段时间里,电源结构以燃煤机组为核心的格局不会发生变化。煤炭燃烧产生的热能转化成电能时,生成的硫元素将以二氧化硫的形式排放到大气环境中,对大气环境造成严重污染,产生酸雨等恶劣天气。为满足环境保护基本要求,对新建火电厂而言,应配置完善的脱硫系统,确保排放的烟气符合国家排放标准。而在脱硫过程中,很多环节都会产生废水,且这些废水水质情况十分复杂,如果未经处理直接排放,同样会造成环境污染。因此,需要在配置完善的脱硫系统的同时,通过实验检测掌握脱硫废水水质基本情况和特点,并结合脱硫工艺(当前主要为石灰石—石膏湿法脱硫),制定有效的脱硫废水处理方案,同时通过分析与试运行予以改善、优化,确保脱硫废水系统出水达到国家排放标准。

【Abstract】 Coal is China’s main energy resource.In the long run for a long time,the power structure in the past will not change with the coal-fired units as the core.When the thermal energy generated by coal combustion is converted into electric energy,the generated sulfur element will be discharged into the atmospheric environment in the form of sulfur dioxide,causing serious pollution to the atmospheric environment and causing severe weather such as acid rain.In order to meet the basic requirements of environmental protection,for new thermal power plants,a complete desulfurization system should be deployed to ensure that the emitted flue gas meets national emission standards.In the desulfurization process,wastewater is produced in many aspects,and the water quality of these wastewaters is very complicated.If it is discharged without treatment,it will also cause environmental pollution.Therefore,it is necessary to master the basic conditions and characteristics of the desulfurization wastewater quality through the test and test,and combine the desulfurization process(currently mainly limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization)to formulate an effective desulfurization wastewater treatment plan.The analysis and trial operation will be improved and optimized to ensure that the effluent from the desulfurization wastewater system meets national emission standards.
