基于ANSYS实体模型的石灰石粉仓整体结构有限元分析

【摘要】 采用ANSYS SOLID95单元建立石灰石粉仓整体有限元模型,考虑钢材的屈服条件,得到了粉仓在设计荷载作用下的应力应变分布。同时,在不考虑钢材的屈服条件下,得到了粉仓基于ANSYS实体模型和混合模型的应力应变分布,通过对比,分析了建立粉仓实体模型与考虑钢材屈服条件的必要性以及对工程设计的指导意义。

【Abstract】 In this paper,limestone bunker overall finite element model was established by using ANSYS solid95 elememt.Considering the steel yield conditions,stress and strain distribution of the powder bunker under design-load were got.Meanwhile,without considering the steel yield condition,the stress and strain distribution of powder bunker based on ANSYS solid model and hybrid model were obtained.By comparison,the necessity of establishing solid model of powder bunker and considering the steel yield conditions were analyzed.Finally,the instruction meaning for engineering design was pointed out.
