【摘要】 地震受损建筑的抗震性能评价是地震后开展建筑物修复、加固及提高其抗震能力的关键,现行的鉴定方法应用于该类建筑时存在明显的不足。结合已有的研究成果及汶川地震建筑物震害的特点,探讨适当的既有地震受损建筑抗震能力评价方法是必要的。本文在调查研究的基础上,提出了受损混凝土框架建筑结构的抗震性能评价方法,通过实际工程的抗震性能评价,表明该方法的结论是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The seismic evaluation is a key to carry on the work of repairing and strengthening the building,and improving its seismic capacity.The current authenticate method is obviously insufficient.So it is necessary to discuss the seismic evaluation method for damaged frame building in earthquake combining with the already existing research and the earthquake damage features in Wenchuan.A seismic evaluation method was proposed in this paper.Through the evaluation for actural project,it is proved that the results from this method were dependable.更多还原
