【摘要】 基础隔震是目前发展较为成熟的建筑抗震方法之一。在回顾建筑结构全寿命预期成本控制的概念和发展的基础上,提出了基于全寿命的基础隔震建筑的经济评价模型,该模型包含了基础隔震建筑的全寿命费用基本构成,并着重考虑了同非隔震建筑相比在技术经济方面的变化。最后利用提出的经济评价模型对一个工程实例进行了分析评价。研究结果表明,采取基础隔震的建筑不会带来开发成本的大量增加,相反,其综合经济效益得到明显提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,an all-life-cycle economic evaluation model for base isolation structures is presented.The model contains the basic structure of all-life-cycle cost of isolation structures and puts emphasis on the changes of technical economy comparing with non-isolation structures.The concrete application of the model was demonstrated through an engineering example.The result shows that taking base isolation did not bring a substantial increase in development costs,on the contrary,its comprehensive economic efficiency has been improved significantly.更多还原
