软土隧道长期沉降的纵向作用效应研究

【摘要】 本文结合某越江公路隧道沉降监测实例,绘制了隧道整体纵向沉降形态曲线,并计算了隧道纵向沉降曲线的曲率变化,以分析隧道纵向沉降及其不均匀沉降的变化规律;在已知隧道纵向变形的条件下,采用等效刚度连续化模型建立了隧道纵向变形曲率与混凝土管片应力、接缝张开值、螺栓内力及隧道极限弯矩之间的关系,并引入修正系数ξ以考虑结构横向变形的影响;理论计算数据可用于推测和分析隧道的渗漏、裂缝的发展情况,将所得结果与现场调研资料进行比较分析,验证了该隧道纵向变形分析方法应用的有效性。因隧道的纵向不均匀沉降数据及其进一步的分析结果可为隧道健康状况评估与修复加固提供重要基础资料。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the method for analyzing settlement data of tunnel in soft soil.The method is applied to the sttlement monitoring analysis of some tunnel crossing river.In the case study,shield tunnel settlement longterm monitoring data is discussed concretely.The unitary longitude settlement curves have been gained,and the relative longitudinal curvature has been calculated for research the rules of absolute settlement and uneven settlement varying from time.Secondly,bused on the known quantity uneven settlement,the mechanical properties of shield tunnel are discussed by means of the equivalent axis stiffness continuous model of shield tunnel.In this paper,the revised coefficient is introduced in order to consider the influence of the transverse deformation.In this way,the relationship between longitudinal curvature and crack of shield tunnel segment joint,the stress of tunnel segment,the stress of segment joint have generally been found.Finally,the results obtained from analytical soluion and uneven settlement are adopted to speculate crack and leakage of shield tunnel.The favorable agreement of the theoretical speculation with the field inspection validates the efficiency of this set of settlement analytical methods.Consequently,analysis of effect of long-tern settlement of longitudinal mechanical performance of tunnel in soft soil can provide the guidance for safety and serviceability evaluation,structural protection,waterproof design of shield tunnel in soft soil.
