有机胺插层ZnS材料作为锂基润滑脂添加剂的摩擦学研究

【摘要】 采用溶剂热法制备了乙二胺(en)和二乙烯三胺(DETA)插层硫化锌(ZnS)材料ZnS(en)0.5和ZnS(DETA)0.5.选用SRV-V高频往复摩擦磨损试验机研究了ZnS(en)0.5和ZnS(DETA)0.5作为锂基润滑脂添加剂的摩擦学性能。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、3D光学轮廓仪和X射线能谱分析仪(EDS)对磨损表面的微观形貌、元素分布进行了表征。结果表明:ZnS(en)0.5和ZnS(DETA)0.5作为添加剂均能够提高锂基脂的承载力、减摩和抗磨能力;层间距的增大有利于改善抗磨性能,含ZnS(DETA)0.5锂基脂的抗磨性能明显好于ZnS(en)0.5.

【Abstract】 Ethylenediamine(en) and diethylenetriamine(DETA) intercalated zinc sulfides(ZnS) ZnS(en)0.5 and ZnS(DETA)0.5 were prepared by solvothermal method. An SRV-V high frequency reciprocating tribometer was used to investigate the tribological properties of ZnS(en)0.5 and ZnS(DETA)0.5 as lithium-based grease additives. The morphologies and elemental distributions of the worn surfaces were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM), three-dimensional(3 D) optical profiler and X-ray energy dispersion spectroscopy(EDS). The results from tribological experiments illustrate that ZnS(en)0.5 and ZnS(DETA)0.5 could effectively improve the load-carrying capacity and anti-wear and friction reduction properties of the lithium grease. The larger interlayer spacing was helpful to enhance the anti-wear property. The anti-wear performance of the grease containing ZnS(DETA)0.5 was obviously better than that of ZnS(en)0.5.
