【摘要】 针对引滦入津工程中于桥水库在引水过程中的不合理性,笔者提出在引水时应考虑水库预报来水,并结合水文中长期预报方法,建立推理方程,确定水库面临时段后期的入库来水量。计算方法采用单要素模糊推理方法,计算时段为月,结合推理法则,得出了具有一定精度的入库水量预报值,可为调度者在实际决策时提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 By reason of irrational diversion water of Yuqiao reservoir in Project Water Diversion from Luan River to Tianjin,the author brings forward considering forecasted future incoming water,combining with hydrographic mid-long term forecasted method and building deduction equation to ascertain water supply of next month.Single factor fuzzy method is used for,and the computation time is a month.In this way,it can get certain accuracy forecasted incoming water amount,and thus can provide referrence for dispatcher.更多还原
