新庄铜矿磁选精矿加温反浮选脱硫试验研究

【摘要】 江西省宜丰万国矿业新庄铜矿磁选精矿硫品位为1.65%,含量较高,严重影响精矿销售。为降低磁选精矿硫的含量,试验以新庄铜矿磁选精矿为研究对象,进行加温反浮选脱硫试验研究。采用硫酸调节矿浆pH为5.5、以FS为活化剂、TK-3为捕收剂、2号油为起泡剂,在一粗一精一扫的条件下,可获得铁精矿品位铁62.16%、硫0.58%、铁回收率96.28%、硫脱除率66.99%。试验指标良好,解决了新庄铜矿铁精矿硫品位高的难题。

【Abstract】 The sulfur content of iron concentrate in Xinzhuang Copper Mine of Yifeng Wanguo Mining in Jiangxi Province is 1.65%, which seriously affects the sales of iron concentrate. In order to reduce the content of sulfur in iron concentrate, the magnetic concentrate of Xinzhuang Copper Mine was taken as the research object to carry out the desulfurization test of heated reverse flotation. With sulfuric acid adjusted slurry pH 5.5, FS as activator, tk-3 as collector, No.2 oil as foaming agent, under the condition of one coarse, one fine and one sweeping, iron concentrate grade 62.16%, sulfur 0.58%, iron recovery 96.28%, sulfur removal rate 66.99% can be obtained. The test index is good, which solves the problem of high sulfur grade in iron concentrate of Xinzhuang Copper Mine.
