不同厂家的顺丁橡胶的结构与性能差异分析

【摘要】 研究了8种国内外不同生产厂家的顺丁橡胶的结构、组成与加工性能差异。结果表明,国内产品中,编号为DSZ的顺丁橡胶中1,4-结构的质量分数最低,为97.98%;编号为MM顺丁橡胶中的最高,为98.99%。LG的1,4-结构含量均高于国产顺丁橡胶。GQ的数均相对分子质量(Mn)和重均相对分子质量(Mw)明显高于其他厂家的产品。DSZ的灰分含量最低,为0.03%;而编号为GQ顺丁橡胶的最高,为0.45%。编号为YS的顺丁橡胶密炼过程能耗最低。LG的门尼黏度最大。编号为DQ顺丁橡胶的结合胶含量最高。YS比编号为BL的顺丁橡胶焦烧时间(ts1)长一倍。

【Abstract】 The structural,compositional and processing performance differences of eight kinds of butadiene rubber produced by different manufacturers at home and abroad were studied.The results showed that the content of 1,4-structure of butadiene rubber produced by DSZ was the lowest,which was 97.98%;the content of 1,4-structure of butadiene rubber produced by MM was the highest,which was 98.99%.The content of 1,4-structure of butadiene rubber produced by LG had higher 1,4-structure content than domestic product.The M_n and M_w of butadiene rubber produced by GQ were significantly higher than that of other manufacturers.The butadiene rubber produced by DSZ had the lowest ash content,0.03%,and GQ had the highest ash content 0.45%.The butadiene rubber produced by YS had the lowest power consumption during processing.The Mooney viscosity of butadiene rubber produced by LG was the largest.The bound rubber of butadiene rubber produced by DQ was the highest.The scorching time of butadiene rubber produced by YS was twice than that of BL.
