【摘要】 【目的/意义】农村生态文明建设是我国生态文明建设不可或缺的一部分,以农业经济管理、现代生态农业和农村发展理论为基础,提出农村生态文明建设的优化路径,以推动政策的完善与实施。【方法/过程】通过对浙江省安吉县生态文明建设初步实践的主要做法、取得的成效及存在的问题等进行调查分析,参考台湾地区"三生"农业与农村社区的发展实践,提出相应的改进建议。【结果/结论】安吉县积极利用本地已有的生态资源优势,成功地将生态优势转化为产业优势,在农村生态文明建设和发展等方面进行了强有力的探索,但在提升居民参与意愿,调动居民参与积极性上仍有欠缺,需居民、民间组织、政府三方共同努力,推动安吉生态文明建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective/Meaning】The construction of rural ecological civilization is an indispensable part of ecological civilization construction in China.Based on the theory of agricultural economic management,modern ecological agriculture and rural development,the optimal path of rural ecological civilization construction is put forward to promote the improvement and implementation of policies.【Methods/Procedures】Based on the investigation and analysis of the main practices,achievements and existing problems preliminary practice of ecological civilization construction in Anji County of Zhejiang Province,and referring to the development practices of"Sansheng"agricultural and rural community in Taiwan,the corresponding recommendations for improvement are put forward.【Results/Conclusions】Anji county has made vigorous exploration on the construction and development of rural ecological civilization by making full use of the existing advantages of local ecological resources and successfully transforming the ecological advantages into industrial advantages.However,there is still a lack of improvement in the willingness of residents to participate and the enthusiasm of residents to participate.It needs the joint efforts of residents,non-governmental organizations and the government to promote the construction of ecological civilization in Anji County.更多还原
