【Abstract】 In view of the access barrier of the handicapped web users, this paper introduces the characteristics of the handicapped web users, the relationship between the handicapped web users and barrier-free information construction, and the multimodal interface as well. It comes to a conclusion that the multimodal interface can help the handicapped web users to access information by overcoming the obstacles of physical defects. The multimodal interface technology shows the humanistic care to the handicapped web users from three aspects of hardware interface, software interface and web interface.更多还原
