【摘要】 本文首次提出在炭纤维增强混凝土构件中埋设电热单元,对构件进行加热,借助红外热像技术检测增强层与混凝土基体界面层缺陷的方法。对混凝土表面的预制孔洞进行了红外检测,准确测定了缺陷的尺寸,确定了检测条件,分析了本方法检测缺陷的机理。

【Abstract】 A novel non- destructive testing technique by infrared thermography for carbon fiber- reinforced plate strengthened concrete (CFRC) with embedded- heat sources has been brought forward for the first time. The prefabricated holes located in the concrete have been tested with infrared thermography. The sizes of the holes have been exactly measured, and the NDT conditions have been gotten. The testing mechanism of the technique has been analyzed, too.
