【摘要】 文章以在美国、中国分别选取的5家具有代表性的公共图书馆的理事会制度作为分析样本,从理事会制度政策法律保障、理事会构成、理事会会议、理事会配套制度等多个方面,对中美公共图书馆理事会制度的异同进行比较、分析与总结。通过学习借鉴美国公共图书馆法人治理结构成熟做法,结合我国国情,提出完善我国公共图书馆理事会制度的发展建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the board systems of five representative public libraries in the United States and China respectively as an analysis sample this paper analyzes, compares and summarizes the similarities and differences between the board systems of the public libraries in China and the United States from the aspects of board policy, legal protection, composition of the board, meetings, and supporting systems etc.Learning from the mature practices of the governance structure of the public libraries from USA and basing on the national conditions in China the paper proposes some solutions to improve the development of the board systems of public library in China.更多还原
