浅析超重力法循环碱液再生新技术

【摘要】 中国石油庆阳石化公司具有370×104t/a炼油总加工能力,配套185×104t/a催化裂化装置及35×104t/a液化气精制装置。35×104t/a液化气精制装置于2010年10月1日建成并一次性开车成功,其中胺法液化气脱硫系统以及碱法液化气脱硫醇系统运行正常,但存在新鲜碱液消耗量偏高、碱渣产生量大的问题,造成装置加工成本偏高。分析认为造成该问题的根本原因是碱液再生系统工艺设计落后。为有效解决该问题,决定采用中国石油石油化工研究院开发的液化气深度脱硫技术(LDS),应用超重力法循环碱液再生新技术进行碱液再生。2014年11月20日完成了装置配套的碱液再生系统改造,装置开工至今运行平稳,直接节约费用316. 32万元/a,有效解决了新鲜碱液消耗量偏高、碱渣产生量大的问题。超重力法循环碱液再生新技术工业应用效果良好,和传统碱液再生系统工艺相比,创新点高,碱液消耗量及碱渣产生量均大幅度降低,经济效益显著。

【Abstract】 Qingyang Petrochemical Company has a total refining processing capacity of 3. 7 million tons/year,with 1. 85 million tons/year catalytic cracking unit. The 350 000 tons/year liquefied gas refining unit was completed on Oct.1,2010 and started up successfully at one time,in which the amine liquefied gas desulfurization system and the alkali liquefied gas desulfurization system were running normally. However,the problem is that the unit consumption of lye is too high and the production of alkali slag is large,which leads to the high processing cost of the unit. In order to reduce the processing cost,the alkali regeneration system was started later,but after nearly 3 months of trial operation,the alkali regeneration effect was poor,and the problem of high alkali slag consumption per unit alkali solution could not be solved effectively. It is considered that the root cause is that the process design of lye regeneration system is backward. In order to effectively solve the bottleneck effect of high alkali slag consumption,it was decided to use the liquefied gas deep desulphurization technology developed by the China Institute of Petroleum and Chemical Engineering(LDS),to carry out lye regeneration by using hypergravity technology.The revamping of the lye regeneration system in the plant was completed on November 20,2014. The operation of the plant has been stable so far,which effectively solves the bottleneck problem of high alkali slag consumption per unit consumption of lye. The direct cost savings are about 3. 163 2 million yuan per year. The industrial application effect of liquefied gas deep desulfurization technology(LDS) is good.Compared with the traditional process,the innovation point is higher,the amount of alkali slag consumed by lye is greatly reduced,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
