智能控制技术在苏里格气田低效井中的应用

【摘要】 苏里格气田低产低效井逐年快速增加,如何平衡单井间歇生产与控制用工总量之间的关系成为难点问题。为此,利用组态软件进行智能程序设定,开发了单井智能控制程序,包括套压控制、时序控制、流量套压复合控制3种控制类型,以期实现对不同类型气井后期生产的精细化管理:①时序控制对压力下降较快、流量较小的间歇井按照程序设定时间间隔自动执行开关操作;②套压控制对套压较低间歇井的套压值低于程序设定值时自动关井,高于设定值时自动开井;③流量套压复合控制对套压较低、流量稳定的间歇井流量低于程序设定值自动关井,套压高于程序设定值自动开井操作。应用结果表明,智能控制技术运行稳定,开关操作有效率达到99%,能有效解决间歇井人工频繁开关井作业问题,工作效率提高了8倍,同时降低了生产运行成本,为苏里格气田后期数字化、智能化管理提供了技术支撑。

【Abstract】 Low-producing wells are rapidly increasing year by year in the Sulige Gas Field,so how to keep balance between the single well’s batching production and the total labor employed has become the bottlenecking problem at present.In view of this,the configuration software was adopted to set up the intelligent program,thus a single-well intelligent control program was developed,including casing pressure control,sequential control,and composite control of flow rate and casing pressure,which aims to realize a precise management of late-stage production of different types of gas wells.The sequential control helps achieve the automatic on-off operation of those batching wells with a sharp pressure drop and a small flow rate according to the interval time set in the program.The casing pressure control helps achieve the well shut-in and open automatically controlled when the rather low casing pressure of the batching wells is respectively lower and higher than the value set in the program.The composite control helps achieve the well shut-in and open automatically controlled when the flow rate of the batching wells with low casing pressure and steady flow rate is respectively lower and higher than the value set in the program.The application results show that with this feasible intelligent control technology,the effective rate of on-off operation reached 99%,which relieves the stress on human labors,improves the working efficiency by 8 times,and meanwhile reduces the operation cost.This study provides a robust technical support for the digitalized and intelligent management at the late stage of the development of the Sulige Gas Field.
