鄂尔多斯盆地低渗透气藏开发技术及开发前景

【摘要】 鄂尔多斯盆地拥有丰富的天然气资源,但是储层隐蔽性强、非均质性强,开发难度极大。"十一五"期间,中国石油长庆油田公司通过不断转变发展方式,着力推进技术攻关,探索形成了低渗透气藏效益开发建设模式,突破了水平井、致密储层改造等提高单井产量的关键技术,建成了年产天然气200×108m3以上的生产能力,实现了鄂尔多斯盆地低渗透气藏的经济有效开发。目前长庆油田未动用天然气储量规模达数万亿立方米,仍具有相当大的开发潜力,但是这些未动用储量主要赋存于多薄层致密砂岩储层中且气水关系复杂。为了实现对此类储量的经济有效开发,提出以提高单井产量、提高采收率、降低开发成本为目标,并加强以下5个方面技术攻关的工作思路:多薄层储层预测技术、气水层综合判识技术、水平井快速钻井及分段改造技术、直井多层改造技术、提高采收率技术。还展望了该盆地的天然气开发前景。

【Abstract】 There is rich natural gas resources in the Ordos Basin,where the concealed reservoirs with strong heterogeneity will be a great challenge for the gas development.During the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" of the PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Company,the development pattern has been adjusted accordingly;technical difficulties have been tackled;cost-effective exploitation of low-permeability gas reservoirs has achieved success,and the key technical bottlenecks have been eased in improving the per-well productivity by horizontal well technology and stimulation measures for tight gas reservoirs.As a result,the Changqing gas zone has obtained its annual gas production capacity of over 20 billion m3,which realizes the economic and highly effective development of low-permeability gas reservoirs in the Ordos Basin.However,the Changqing Oilfield Company has more than one trillion m3 of non-producing gas reserves to be exploited in tight sand reservoirs with multiple thin layers and with a complex gas-water relationship.To achieve the cost-effective development of such difficult-to-produce gas reserves,we present our main goals of enhancing the EOR and per-well productivity and reducing the development cost and also point out that technical problems should be solved in five aspects: forecast of gas reservoirs with multiple thin beds,comprehensive identification between gas and water layers,the ROP improvement in horizontal wells and multi-stage fracture treatment,multi-layer reservoir stimulation by vertical wells,and EOR enhancement.
