西气东输二线管道在罐罐岭地震断裂带的敷设

【摘要】 西气东输二线甘肃段输气管道与罐罐岭地震断裂带有1处相交。天然气长输管道在通过地震断裂带时,若遭遇高于该地区基本烈度的地震将会造成管道断裂、屈曲失稳及拉断等损坏。为此,阐述了地震断裂带处管道设计及施工需要注意的问题,介绍了西气东输二线管道通过罐罐岭地震断裂带时的敷设技术。通过不断调整设计,优化了线路与断裂带的交角,并对管道壁厚等参数进行了严格的计算分析,在国内首次采用了X80HD2大变形钢管,以便在遇到地震影响时避免或减少管道破坏并防止发生次生灾害。为确保管道安全运行,强化了抗震、防震设计理念及技术措施,为类似工程积累了经验。

【Abstract】 The Gansu section of the Line Two of West-East Natural Gas Transmission Project intersects at one place with the Guanguanling seismic fracture zone.If the long-distance natural gas transmission pipeline experiences an earthquake which is stronger than the basic earthquake intensity at the zone,this will result in pipeline break,buckling instability and abruption.Therefore,this paper describes the matters which need attention in pipeline design and construction in the seismic fracture zone.It also introduces the laying techniques used in the Line Two at the Guanguanling seismic fracture zone.The intersection angle between the line and the zone has been optimized through continuous adjustment.And a rigorous calculation analysis has been performed on some parameters,such as pipe wall thickness.The X80 HD2 deep drawing steel pipe has been firstly adopted in China to avoid or to reduce the impact produced by an earthquake and to prevent the secondary disasters.The anti-seismic and shock-proof design philosophy and technical measures have been enhanced to ensure the safe operation of pipelines.It has accumulated valuable experiences for the similar projects.
