压差粘附卡钻的快速解卡工艺技术

【摘要】 在钻井过程中,受地层多变性、钻井设备、仪器仪表自动化程度以及钻井操作技术熟练程度的制约和影响,井下往往会发生各种各样的复杂钻井事故,有的复杂事故会造成钻井成本急剧升高,甚至导致一口井报废。通过对压差粘附卡钻的解卡工艺研究,提出了快速解除压差粘附卡钻的机理和首选处理方法,重点阐述了降压解卡的关键技术、适用条件、相关数据的确定及现场施工方案与措施,对加快油气勘探开发、提高钻井速度、降低钻井成本十分有利。

【Abstract】 Downhole accidents frequently occurred due to the factors such as complicated formations,low automation degree of drilling equipments and non-proficiency of operation,and so on. High drilling cost or even the abandonment for a well will probably occur owing to those downhole accidents. In this paper,aiming at these problems,the rapid unfreezing technology for adhesion differential pressure sticking was proposed and the key technologies,the applicable conditions,the corresponding data to be determined and the programs and measures in field operation were mainly discussed. The field practices demonstrate that this technology can enhance the ROP and cut down drilling costs thus to be favorable for the oil and gas development.
