榆林气田陕141井区气井生产动态特征分析

【摘要】 分析了陕141井区气井压力、产量的变化,研究了储层对生产动态的影响,把16口生产井分成了实际生产能力超过设计方案的井、达不到设计要求的井和与设计相符的井等3类。研究得出气井产能的大小与气井所处的砂体位置及砂体的厚度有关,位于主砂带内部或有效厚度大的气井,生产能力和生产稳定性较好;位于主砂带边部或有效厚度小、渗透性较差的气井生产能力和生产稳定性差。根据井区实际生产情况和储层特征,利用生产指示曲线确定出该井区生产压差应取静地层压力的16%左右,合理产量取无阻流量的1/3~1/4。此外,还建议采取一些提高地层能量的增产措施,更多地应用提高气层渗流面积、气层保护的相关技术以及气层的相关改造方法,增加气井的产能。

【Abstract】 The variation of pressure and production is analyzed for the gas wells in the block Shaan 141. The influence of the reservoir on the production performance is studied. The 16 wells are divided into 3 types including the wells which productivity exceeds the design requirements, the wells which productivity doesn’t reach the design requirements and the wells which productivity fits the design requirements. The study results show the productivity of gas wells is relative with the location and thickness of the sand body where the gas well lies at. The gas wells that lie within the main sand belt or have big effective thickness possess high productivity and good production stability. The gas wells that lie in the sides of the main sand belt or have less effective thickness and poor permeability possess low productivity and poor production stability. According to the real situation and the reservoir features of the block, with the production designation curve, it is decided the producing pressure differential should be about 16% of the static reservoir pressure, and the reasonable production should be 1/3 ~1/4 of the open-flow capacity for the block. It is suggested some stimulations should be used to increase the reservoir energy, and concerned techniques and methods should be more applied to improve the percolation area of the gas reservoir and for protection and rehabilitation of the gas reservoir to increase the productivity of gas wells. The study results provide the detail information and theoretical basis for further effective development of the block Shaan 141.
