冲击钻孔振动对埋地管道的安全判据探讨

【摘要】 为确定桩基施工中冲击钻孔产生的非爆破振动对埋地天然气管道的影响标准或判据,确保天然气管道的安全运行,在结合分析国内相关的爆破振动、机械振动、抗震设防烈度及《桩基工程手册》和国外瑞士的振动安全判据标准上,分析了冲击钻孔振动对埋地天然气管道影响的安全判据,并将其运用于张石高速公路N9标段拒马河9号桥桩基冲击钻孔施工中。工程实践表明,取地表质点振动速度10mm/s、最大不超过12mm/s作为冲击钻孔振动对埋地天然气管道的安全判据是可行的。

【Abstract】 In order to determine the criterion of the effect of non-explosive vibration caused by percussive borehole on buried gas pipeline during pile foundation construction, and to guarantee the safety operation of pipeline, this study analyzes the explosive vibration, mechanical vibration, seismic fortification intensity and the Pile Foundation Engineering Manual in China and the vibration safety criterion in Swiss at first; and then analyzes the safety criterion of percussive borehole vibration to buried pipeline. The studied results have been applied to pile foundation operation of Jvmahe No.9 Bridge, N9 bid section of Zhangjiakou-Shijiazhuan Highway. It is shown that a particle vibration velocity in the ground, 10 mm/s (no more than 12 mm/s), should be taken as a safety criterion of percussive borehole vibration to buried pipeline.
