【Abstract】 With the new century ushers in,due to the outbreak of a series of disasters,such as earthquakes,tsunamis and hurricanes,disaster relief diplomacy becomes more and more active on the international stage.As a new type of non-traditional diplomacy,disaster relief diplomacy not only promotes the international cooperation on disaster relief and humanitarian relief activities,but also reshapes the national image and improves the relationship among countries,which cannot be achieved by traditional diplomacy.Disaster relief diplomacy has the characteristics of public diplomacy,while different from traditional diplomacy.It exerts its own unique function in the greater diplomatic theoretical framework.更多还原
