基于用户综合重要度的城市供水管网抗震性能化设计
Seismic performance-based design of water distribution system considering comprehensive importance of users
【摘要】 提出按照用户节点重要度进行供水管网抗震性能化设计的方法,以不同重要度用户的抗震保障能力需求为设计目标,以管网拓扑结构和管段抗震能力为设计参数。建立以常态运行功能、震后救灾功能和网络拓扑结构为基础的用户节点重要度评价指标体系,采用多属性决策方法耦合计算用户综合重要度。根据管段造价系数、接口位移和抗震可靠度的对应关系,分析管段抗震能力"成本-效益"变化曲线。采用可考虑拓扑冗余度的优化分配模型确定管网的设计参数,以某城市供水管网为例进行管网抗震参数优化设计,验证了该方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 In this work,a new seismic performance-based deign model for urban water distribution system( WDS) is presented.The design objective is determined according to different seismic performance requirements of users who have different importance in WDS.The design parameters include the topology of water supply network and the seismic capacity of pipeline structures.The enhancement of WDS seismic performance can be achieved through the redundant layout of water supply network and the improvement of pipeline structure seismic capacity.An assessment index system based on user importance was established by considering the normal operation function,post-earthquake relief function and network topology,and the comprehensive importance index was calculated by multi-attribute decision-making method.Furthermore,the cost-benefit curve for the seismic performance of pipeline structure was analyzed according to the relations among cost coefficient,joint displacement and seismic reliability of pipe segment.To verify its validity,the proposed model was applied to the seismic design of an actual WDS.
