装配式方钢管柱桁架梁节点单调加载试验研究

【摘要】 提出一种新型的装配式方钢管柱桁架梁节点,对4个足尺方钢管柱桁架梁节点试件进行单调加载试验研究。主要研究连接板厚度以及桁架梁的腹杆形式对节点的承载能力和破坏形态的影响,详细观察节点试件在单调荷载作用下的受力过程,分析节点的刚度、强度以及延性性能等指标,同时结合现有规范对节点的延性进行评价。研究结果表明,节点连接板的厚度对节点的承载力和刚度影响较大,桁架梁的腹杆形式对节点的承载力影响较大,此节点形式具有较好的延性性能,可满足规范中的抗震设计要求,可以在实际工程中应用和推广。

【Abstract】 A new prefabricated square tubular column to truss beam connections was prososed, four full-scale connections subjected to monotonic loading has been conducted. The details and results of the monotonic tests were presented. The influences of the end plate thickness and web member type on connection capacities and failure modes were studied. The loading process was carefully observed, the strength, stiffness and ductility of the connections were analyzed, and its ductility was appraised by using the present specifications. The results showed that the end plate thickness affected the connection capacities and stiffness, and web member type affected the connection capacities. Its ductility satisfied the seismic design requirements of China code, and it could be applied in the practical engineering.
