异形柱框架结构基础隔震设计与分析

【摘要】 为研究异形柱框架结构的隔震性能,以四川省某住宅楼为工程背景,设计一栋传统抗震异形柱结构和一栋基础隔震异形柱结构。基于PMSAP设计软件,在8度0.3g罕遇烈度地震作用下,对二者的抗震性能进行对比分析。研究结果表明,抗震结构的层间剪力和层间弯矩均较大,且X、Y两个方向上的层间位移角全部超过现行规范的要求;而隔震结构的层间剪力和弯矩、楼层位移以及层间位移角均较抗震结构均有大幅度降低,其中层间剪力和层间弯矩分别降低了79%和81%。因此,采用基础隔震技术可以有效的提高异形柱框架结构的抗震性能,该技术也有助于异形柱框架结构在四川省地震灾区的推广。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the isolation capability of special-shaped column frame structure, a classical anti-seismic structure and a base isolation building were designed by taking a residential building in Sichuan as engineering background. Base on PMSAP software, the seismic performance of the two buildings were compared under 8 degree earthquake with acceleration as 0.3g. The research results show that the interlayer shear and moment of anti-seismic building are relative lager, and the actual interlayer drift ratios have exceeded the required interlayer drift ratios in X and Y direction; but the interlayer shear, moment and interlayer drift ratios of base isolation building is relative smaller, and the interlayer shear and moment have reduced 79% and 81% respectively. So base isolation technology can enhance the seismic performance of special-shaped columns frame structure significantly. This provides supports to the generalization of specialshaped columns frame structure in earthquake disaster region of Sichuan province.
