板式橡胶支座摩擦滑移特性参数分析
Parametric finite element investigation of Laminated Rubber Bearings with friction slipping
【摘要】 对板式橡胶支座摩擦滑移特性进行数值分析,并与试验结果进行滞回曲线和等效黏滞阻尼比方面的对比。结果表明:有限元模拟结果能与试验结果很好吻合,说明所建立的有限元模型中对单元的选择、接触的处理及模型简化等能有效用于板式橡胶支座的模拟,可较好预测板式橡胶支座的滑动耗能特性。基于此模型,进一步分析橡胶层厚度、支座宽度等参数对支座滑移特性的影响,为后续建立支座合理分析模型奠定基础。
【Abstract】 The behavior of Laminated Rubber Bearings(LR B)with friction slipping is studied using finite element method, the computing results about hysteretic curve and the equivalent viscous damping ratio are compared with test one. The results show that the numerical model can simulate the behavior of experimental bearings, the selection of element, dealing with contact and model simplif ication can be beneficial to LRB simulation, and the results can reflect the behavior of LRB well. Further analysis about the influence of rubber layer thickness and bearing width on LRB with friction slipping, some useful conclusions can be references for further research.
