南北地震带房屋建筑抗震能力分区特征研究——以四川省为例

【摘要】 针对南北地震带房屋建筑种类众多、易损性差异大等特点,提出采用分级分区的思路研究南北地震带各类房屋建筑抗震能力,并以四川省为例给出了地震易损性矩阵。对于城镇地区的抗震设防建筑,根据基本设防烈度的不同划分为高设防建筑(8度和9度)和一般设防建筑(6度和7度),分别给出各类结构的地震易损性矩阵。对于城镇中一些建造年代较早的砖混房屋、城中村和农村中未按设防要求自建的砖混房屋不做分区给出标准的震害矩阵。农村民居因为当地的经济发展水平、气候条件、民族风俗、生活习惯等因素影响具有一定的区域性分布特点,划分为三个区域:西部地区、中北部地区、中南部及东部地区,分别给出各类结构的地震易损性矩阵。可为类似地区房屋建筑抗震能力评价、震害估计、经济损失评估等精细化研究提供依据和借鉴。

【Abstract】 A great many types of building lie in the North South seismic belt area, and fragilities of which vary a lot. This paper proposes to research on seismic capacity of different kinds of buildings by range and zone taking Sichuan province as an example. Fortified urban buildings could be classified as High-Code(fortification intensity as 8&9) and Moderate-Code(fortification intensity as 6&7) based on seismic design level. Fragility matrix of each building type could be given. As for early built masonry buildings, and self-built masonry buildings without fortification in "urban village" and rural areas, the fragility matrix is uniform standard despite of zone. Rural dwelling distribution of each zone is influenced by local economic level, climate, ethnic customs and living habits. They are divided according to three zones: South-central & East, West, and North-central. Fragility matrixes of each building type of rural dwellings in these zones are put forward. This research could provide general basis and reference for refinement research such as seismic capacity evaluation, earthquake damage estimation, and economic loss evaluation of buildings in similar zones.
