双室薄壁钢筋混凝土桥墩抗震性能试验研究

【摘要】 根据某实际跨海大桥工程双室薄壁钢筋混凝土桥墩,设计了1∶10的双室薄壁钢筋混凝土桥墩试验模型,进行了水平低周往复加载试验,评价了其整体抗震性能,确定了模型桥墩的开裂弯矩、初始屈服弯矩、完全屈服弯矩及极限承载力,并分析了桥墩的破坏形态、刚度退化情况、桥墩纵筋应变变化情况、加载装置摩擦力的影响。试验结果表明:双室薄壁钢筋混凝土桥墩抗震性能良好,破坏为延性破坏,根据模型桥墩试验结果确定实际桥墩的开裂弯矩、初始屈服弯矩、完全屈服弯矩及极限承载力与有限元分析结果基本一致,验证了实际桥墩结构设计的准确性,保证结构安全可靠。

【Abstract】 According to the double-chambers thin-wall concrete pier of an actual cross-sea viaduct bridge,the test model of double-chambers thin-wall concrete pier which of the size ratio is 1∶ 10 was designed.Then the test of reversed cyclic lateral load was processed to evaluate the seismic performance of concrete pier,and the actual cracking moment,initial yield moment,full yield moment and ultimate bearing capacity of the pier were determined.Finally,the failure morphology,stiffness degradation,longitudinal reinforcement strain of pier and the friction force of loading device were analyzed.Experimental results show the experimental double-chambers thin-wall concrete pier has the outstanding seismic performance and the failure morphology is ductile failure.According to the experimental result of model pier,the cracking moment,initial yield moment,total yield moment and ultimate bearing capacity of actual pier were determined,which is basically same to the results obtained by FEM.And the experimental results were verified the accuracy and safety of the actual pier design.
