开孔与开槽式三重钢管防屈曲耗能支撑设计方法研究

【摘要】 开孔与开槽式三重钢管防屈曲耗能支撑是依据"核心单元局部削弱相当于其他部位加强"的新型防屈曲耗能支撑设计原理设计而成的。通过对核心单元局部开孔或开槽使支撑薄弱部位由端部转移到开孔或开槽部位,具有定点屈服的功能,提高了支撑的延性,是性能良好的耗能减震构件。结合国内外相关规范,通过理论分析和有限元模拟,提出开孔和开槽式三重钢管防屈曲耗能支撑的设计方法,包括开孔和开槽式三重钢管防屈曲耗能支撑承载力的计算方法,核心钢管和内外钢管的设计方法及支撑节点的设计方法。最后通过试验验证该方法的正确性。

【Abstract】 This paper presents two new designs of perforated triple-steel-tube buckling-restrained brace(PBRB) and notched triple-steel-tube buckling-restrained brace(NBRB).The design is based on the philosophy of "partially weakened core element of the buckling-restrained brace to protect the other part of the brace member".This new design allows a control of the yield locations,and the locations of plastic deformation initiation and propagation in the brace member to dissipate seismic energy.Due to perforation or notching at the core of the BRB,the yield point of the BRB is reduced,the ductility is increased and the weakest location of the BRB transfers from the end to the middle of the core with perforation.Base on codes both at home and abroad,the design method of the propound BRB is proposed for theoretical and FEM analysis.The method include: the numerical method of bearing capacity for the BRB,the design methods for core tube,inner tube,outer tube and joint of the BRB.Finally,the validity of the design method is proved through test.
