高位转换隔震与耗能减震结构体系分析研究

【摘要】 为了解决高位转换结构体系中转换层构件、转换层上一层剪力墙和基底剪力墙内力过大的问题,提出了高位转换隔震与耗能减震结构体系,介绍了其构造、特点,对新型结构体系工作机理进行了分析,采用ETABS软件和PERFORM 3D软件对高位转换框剪结构(NC)、高位转换层间隔震框剪结构(IS)和高位转换隔震与耗能减震框剪结构(IS+SLD+VD和IS+×+VD)进行了多遇地震和罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析,分析结果表明:①采用高位转换隔震与耗能减震结构体系后,结构层间位移角、转换层框支柱剪力、转换层上一层剪力墙和基底剪力墙内力均明显减小;②IS+SLD+VD和IS+×+VD工况中结构层间位移不会产生明显的突变,避免新薄弱层的出现;③IS+SLD+VD工况在其他参数控制效果与IS和IS+×+VD工况基本相同的情况下,其隔震层间位移明显减小,提高结构抗倾覆性能,高位转换隔震与耗能减震结构体系宜优先采用IS+SLD+VD方案;④按现行规范设计高位转换隔震与耗能减震结构体系,结构偏于更安全。

【Abstract】 The components in transfer story,shear wall above the 1st story and base shear wall often bear to big internal force under earthquake action.In order to solve the problem,a new system of high-level transfer structure with dampers and isolation bearings is proposed and the configuration and characteristics are illustrated.The mechanism of the new system is studied.By using ETABS and perform 3D software,the models of the high-level transfer frame-shear structure(NC),the high-level transfer frame-shear structure with story isolation(IS) and the high-level transfer frame-shear structure with dampers and isolation bearings(IS+SLD+VD and IS+×+VD) are built,and nonlinear time history analysis under frequently and rarely occurred earthquake are conducted.The results show that:①the story drift,shear force of frame-support column in transfer story,the internal force of shear wall above the 1st story and base shear wall is obvious reduced due to the adoption of the new system;②the story displacement do not change significantly in the IS+SLD+VD and IS+×+VD cases,the new weak story can be avoided;③compared with the IS+×+VD and IS case,the isolation story displacement is obvious reduced in the IS+SLD+VD case.The overturning resistance performance of the IS+SLD+VD structure could be obviously improved;it should take priority to use the IS+SLD+VD case in the engineering practice;④Design result of the new system according to the existing design codes is slightly conservative.
