SDOF-磁流变式调谐液柱阻尼器系统半主动控制试验研究

【摘要】 结合磁流变(MR)阻尼器与调谐液柱阻尼器(TLCD)特点,研制具有半主动控制性能的磁流变式调谐液柱阻尼器(MR-TLCD)。基于Bingham模型,设计旋转剪切式MR阻尼器;依据Langrage方程,建立带有阻尼比修正系数的MR-TLCD、MR-TLCD与单自由度(SDOF)结构耦合动力方程。从耗能受力角度,分析该系统的简单双态控制算法。制作SDOF结构与MR-TLCD系统的半主动控制试验装置,实现系统的简单双态控制的半主动控制试验。从SDOF结构的位移峰值、MR-TLCD峰值响应、结构时程曲线对比、MR-TLCD半主动控制实时阻尼力方面,分析半主动控制算法的实时试验效果。结果表明MR-TLCD半主动控制装置具有明显的减振效果,在简谐荷载作用下,结构位移峰值和加速度峰值减振百分比达45%。

【Abstract】 Magnetorheological damper(MRD) and tuned liquid column damper(TLCD) were combined to develop a magnetorheological tuned liquid column damper(MR-TLCD) to accomplish semi-active control.The Rotary Shear MR damper(RSMRD) was designed based on the Bingham model to meet the requirements of testing and engineering applications.Equations of motion of MR-TLCD with damping ratio correction factor,and the coupled system Single-degree-of freedom(SDOF) structure incorporated with MR-TLCD were formulated using Lagrange equation.The semi-active strategy of simple Bi-State control was expounded from the viewpoint of energy dissipation force.The semi-active control device of the coupled SDOF—MR-TLCD was manufactured to verify the real-time semi-active vibration control algorithm of MR-TLCD,and comparison with theoretical simulation was conducted.From the viewpoint of the displacement peak value of the SDOF structure and the MR-TLCD,the time history curve of the SDOF structure,and the semi-active real-time damping force of the MR-TLCD,the semi-active control performance were analyzed.It was shown to be capable of achieving favorable vibration mitigation capability,and the control percentage of the structure displacement and acceleration among harmonic load was up to 45%.
