基于专家系统和Round-Robin算法的芯片编程系统

【摘要】 在智能制造的背景下,针对电子生产线量产编程器存在编程速度慢、且编程固件无法根据工艺需求自动调整的问题,提出一种物联网架构的基于专家系统和Round-Robin算法的芯片编程系统的设计方案.该系统的感知层为基于STM32的芯片量产编程器,网络层采用JACE8000作为协议转换器,应用层基于Niagara平台实现.由应用层分析待编程芯片的型号并传送至感知层,感知层采用专家系统和Round-Robin算法对芯片进行编程.实验结果表明,该系统能够根据工艺要求自动更新量产编程器中的固件,提高生产的自动化程度,同时能够有效提高芯片编程的速度,降低错误率.

【Abstract】 In the background of intelligent manufacturing, in view of the problem that the programming speed of the electronic production line is slow and the programming firmware can′ t be adjusted automatically according to the process demand,a design scheme with Internet of Things architecture of the high speed production chip programming system based on expert system and Round-Robin algorithm is proposed. The perceptual layer of the system is a chip production program-mer based on STM32. The network layer uses JACE8000 as protocol converter. Application layer is based on the Niagara platform. The application layer analyses the type of the chip to be programmed and transmits it to the perception layer. The perception layer uses expert system and Round-Robin algorithm to program the chip. The experiment shows that the system can automatically update the firmware in the production programmer according to the process requirements,improve the automation of production,and efficiently improve the speed of the chip programming and reduce the error rate.
