离体条件下马铃薯抗旱资源的评价和筛选

【摘要】 研究离体条件下聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)渗透胁迫对马铃薯组培苗生长指标的影响,为马铃薯抗旱能力的评价以及抗旱马铃薯种质资源的培育提供理论依据。以本实验室培育的17份高代品系为试验材料,采用浓度为8%的PEG-6000处理,研究模拟干旱胁迫下各品系株高、茎粗、根长、根数、茎鲜质量、根鲜质量的变化,并对这些指标相对值进行主成分和隶属函数分析。结果表明:在8%PEG-6000胁迫下,各指标值总体上均呈现降低趋势;主成分分析法提取的2个主成分及3个生长指标的隶属函数分析表明:17份高代品系中5份为高度抗旱,5份为中度抗旱,5份低度抗旱,2份不抗旱。

【Abstract】 The growth indices of in vitro plantlets of potato under PEG-6000-induced water stress were studied in order to provide a reference for evaluation of potato drought-tolerance and screening of drought-tolerant germplasm. In vitro plantlets of seventeen potato strains were stressed by adding 8% PEG-6000-induced stress, growth of in vitro plantlets of potato cultivars was all inhibited to some extent. With the principal component analysis, the first two principal components were extracted, Based on decrease of growth index under 8% PEG-6000-induced stress, and subordinate function analysis of relative values of three indices extracted, among the seventeen potato strains, 5 were highly drought-resistant and 5 were moderately drought-resistant, 5 were low drought-resistant and 2 were non-drought-resistant.
