【Abstract】 Traditional np control diagram design often ignores the economic consequences of control diagram design and is slow to respond to the subtle changes in process, which is difficult to adaptable to the case of advocating economic and efficient production today. In view of this, this paper presents a design scheme of np control diagram with double sampling and variable sampling interval(DSVSI) based on economic design, and then optimizes and analyzes the influence of various parameters of control diagram on control diagram designing. Experimental results show that compared with double sampling np control diagram and adjusted sampling interval np control diagram, the economic benefits of the proposed np control diagram are improved by 9.95%and 4% on average.更多还原
