【摘要】 根据长江洪灾、人口和森林覆盖率、湖泊面积等资料,认为1998年长江洪灾成因为:环境保护意识淡漠、管理不利,人口的迅速增长、森林储量锐减,严重的水土流失,生态系统严重破坏,而厄尔尼诺现象则起了推波助澜的作用。防洪对策为:严格控制人口,控制酸雨,以防洪水与地震同时发生,提高全民的环保意识,完善法律、法规,实行生态调查与评价,注重生物多样性;加强全流域管理,加强城镇建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the data of the disastrous floods period in Yangtze River, the population, the percentage of the forest cover, and the lake areas, we realize the causes of the huge floods in the entire Yangtze River valley in 1998 are as follows:Indifference to the environmental defence, the poor management, the rapid increase of the population, the sharp decrease of the natural forest reserves, the increasing area of soil erosion, the seriously damaged ecological system, the increasing run off.I want to make the following suggestions: Controlling the population,Preventing the acid rain, Carding against the floods and earthquakes which may affect simultaneously.
