建筑物地震危险性的模糊理论

【摘要】 从安全管理、抗震设计、抗震设备和应急设备等4个方面建立了建筑物地震危险性的评价体系,利用模糊数学综合评判方法对唐山某大型商场地震危险性进行定量综合评价.分别给出了一阶模糊评判、二阶模糊评判和评判等级标准,并指出评判阶数、评判等级、权重系数和评判矩阵的确定应综合各方面意见.结果表明,建筑物地震危险性的模糊综合评判方法可行.根据模糊综合评判结果,确定了建筑物地震危险性评价因素中的薄弱环节,为建筑物抗震防灾性能优化设计及安全管理提供了依据.

【Abstract】 A building seismic hazard evaluation system was established in respect of the safety management,earthquake-resistance design,earthquake-resistance equipment and emergency equipment.The comprehensive quantitative evaluation for seismic hazard of a supermarket in Tangshan city was performed on the basis of fuzzy mathematics theory.The first and second level fuzzy evaluation,and the evaluation level criterion were presented.The number of levels,evaluation levels,weighting coefficient and evaluation matrix should be determined under comprehensive consideration.Results show that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for building seismic hazard is feasible.According to the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,some weaknesses in evaluation factors of building seismic hazard was found,which provide references for earthquake-resistance optimization design and safety management of buildings.
