UASB反应器三相分离器的数值模拟研究
Numerical Simulation of Three Phase Separator in UASB Reactor
【摘要】 为探索UASB反应器中三相分离器沉淀区以及回流缝对分离器内流场及气、液、固三相分离性能的影响,以Mixture多相流模型为理论框架,利用计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟分析了不同沉淀区高度(0.55,0.65,0.75,0.85 m)和不同回流缝宽度(0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5 m)对气体体积分数随时间推移的变化规律.结果表明:沉淀区高度为0.75 m,回流缝宽度为0.3 m,气体分离效果最好.
【Abstract】 In order to explore the influences of three-phase separator’s settling zone and return crack in the UASB reactor on the separator’s internal flow field,gas,fluid and solid separation performance,computational fluid dynamics(CFD) is used to analyze time-varying law of gas volume fraction for the different heights of settling zone(0.55 m,0.65 m,0.75 m,and 0.85 m)and different return crack widths(0.2 m,0.3 m,0.4 m and 0.5 m) by using mixture multi-phase flow model with the theoretical framework. The results show that gas separation effect is the best when the height of settling zone is 0.75 m and return crack width is 0.3 m.
