底层框架砌体结构房屋震害特征及抗震对策
Analysis of Seismic Performance of Multistory Masonry Buildings with Bottom Story Frame and Seismic Measures
【摘要】 底层框架砌体结构房屋为上刚下柔结构体系,在"5·12"汶川地震中遭受了严重破坏.通过对汶川地震中此类房屋震害特点进行总结,分析了相关震害产生的原因.对某工程实例在底层设置不同数量抗震墙以实现第二层与底层侧移刚度比的定量计算,分析不同侧移刚度比对结构薄弱层出现位置的影响,并对此类房屋建筑设计提出了几点建议.
【Abstract】 The multistory masonry building with bottom story frame is a kind of structure system with rigid upper stories and flexible bottom ones.Such buildings were seriously damaged in"5.12"Wenchuan Earthquake.After summarizing the characteristics of seismic damage in Wenchuan Earthquake,this paper mainly analyzes the causes of related seismic damage.This paper sets different earthquake proof walls for bottom story frame in a project case,and calculates the stiffness ratio of the second masonry floor to the bottom floor,and then analyzes the impact of different lateral stiffness ratio on the weak layer of construction.Finally this paper puts forward some suggestions for the similar building designs.
