埋入式F-P光纤温度传感器在混凝土结构水化热测试中的应用研究

【摘要】 光纤传感器的研究应用代表着土木结构健康监测技术的发展趋势。本文对基于白光干涉的埋入式F-P光纤温度传感器的测试理论及主要结构参数进行了分析研究,详细介绍了光纤温度传感器的制作过程及制作特点,并对光纤温度传感器进行了温度标定试验、防水试验和高低温热循环试验等性能考核试验。研制开发的光纤温度传感器在秦沈客运专线辽河特大桥水化过程监测试验中得到了大量应用,成功实现了混凝土结构内部进行温度的长期监测。试验室性能考核试验和现场试验结果表明:该传感器具有优良的精度稳定性和防水性能,能够满足施工现场复杂状况下混凝土结构长期温度监测的要求。

【Abstract】 The research and application of optical fiber sensors represent the developing trend of health monitoring technology of civil engineering structures.The test theory and main structural parameters of the submerged F-P optical fiber temperature sensor based on the theory of white light interferences are profoundly researched in this paper,and the production course and production characteristics of the optical fiber sensor are also introduced.The performance measurement test of the optical fiber sensor is completed in the laboratory.The performance measurement test includes the temperature calibration test,anti-water test and high-low temperature circulation test.A large number of developed optical fiber sensors are adopted in the hydration-course monitoring tests of the Liaohe River Extra-long Bridge of the Qin-Shen Dedicated Passenger Line.Long-time monitoring internal temperatures of concrete structures is successfully realized.The performance measurement test and field test results indicate that the optical fiber temperature sensor has the merits of good accuracy stability and waterproof performance,and it can meet the requirements of long-time temperature monitoring of concrete structures under the complex conditions of construction fields.
