【Abstract】 On the basis of introducing the concept and connotation of environmental impact post-evaluation, the purpose of environmental impact post-evaluation is analyzed from the aspects of technical reasons, management reasons, legal reasons and the particularity of confi rmatory assessment. Interpret the applicable objects of environmental impact post-evaluation and propose the form of environmental impact post-evaluation. From the aspects of evaluation principles and methods, time period, purpose, content and category, evaluation function, etc., this paper analyzes the connection and difference between environmental impact assessment, completion environmental protection acceptance and environmental impact postevaluation, and explains that the three together form an environmental management system.更多还原
