高速铁路环境噪声排放标准限值研究

【摘要】 基于我国现行铁路环境噪声排放标准《铁路边界噪声限值及其测量方法》(GB12525—90),针对普速铁路环境噪声影响特性及技术经济环境可行性研究成果制定的情况,在分析国内外高速铁路环境噪声排放标准差异及我国现行铁路环境噪声排放标准执行中存在问题的基础上,结合我国高速铁路环境噪声影响现状水平和国外主观烦恼度分析,研究提出高速铁路环境噪声排放标准控制限值建议,即高速铁路环境噪声排放标准昼间、夜间等效声级与既有标准保持一致,昼间等效声级70 dB(A)、夜间等效声级60dB(A);增加高速动车组运行辐射噪声限值。

【Abstract】 Railway environmental noise emission standard "Emission standards and measurement methods of railway noise on the boundary alongside railway line"(GB 12525—90) in China is based on the environmental impact noise characteristics of the common speed railway and study ontechnical, economic and environmental feasibility. This paper analyzes the differences in environmental noise emission standards of high-speed railways at home and abroad and the problems of current railway environmental noise emission standards in China. Based on the analysis of the status quo of environmental noise impact of high-speed railway in China and the subjective annoyance level abroad, the control limit of environmental noise emission standard for high-speed railway is proposed, i.e. the daytime and nighttime equivalent sound levels of environmental noise emission standard for high-speed railway are consistent with the existing standards, with the daytime equivalent sound level 70 dB(A) and nighttime equivalent sound level 60 dB(A). This paper proposes the radiation noise limit for high-speed EMU operation.
